Since our products are custom-made and personalized just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, your satisfaction is absolute priority.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at estrelllaced@gmail.com with a clear photo of the product. we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations 

Once an order is placed it is automatically sent to our production partners and cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before completing your purchase.
